What is the worth of a human life? Kenneth Feinburg is tasked with determining exactly that after 911. He heads the committee for the Victim's Compensation Fund which rewards each of the families of those killed in 911. Based on the true story, this movie shows the enormity and complexity of the task. The lessons he learns are powerful and memorable. We watched it on Netflix.
