Visits from Ladder- Backed Woodpeckers

 We are so excited to have at least two Ladder-Backed Woodpeckers visiting our hummingbird feeder.  They too like the sweet juice.

It started when Ken was gone in Ohio.  I kept hearing a knocking sound at our kitchen window.  Finally I saw who was doing it- a Ladder Backed Woodpecker.  

Soon, he must have told his family because we had two of them taking turns drinking and waiting between drinks in our big tree.

We are so excited to have these daily visitors to our home!
