Family Reunion- Friday, July 5

Friday was Lagoon Day.  When Brian sent out the survey prior to the reunion questioning our preferences for reunion activities, Lagoon got the most votes.  It was my #1 vote.  I think the grandkids are the perfect ages for it.

Ken and I opted to stay home that day as it was very expensive and HOT and we are kind of beyond the desire for rides. But everyone had a great time!

Everyone shared pictures from the day, so following is just a potpourri of pictures in no particular order:

Rest time

Cousin Travis Hinton and his family were at Lagoon that day too.  They ran into them several times.

Here are the Cool Aunts.  They even have shirts to prove it.

The aunts and the uncles are really cool.  They each took turns taking younger and older kids on the rides-keeping track of everyone and helping all have fun.  As you see in the pictures, they more often than not are with nieces and nephews.

Sam and Jake weren't feeling well, so Kristen came home early.  We were planning to go out for dinner.  Jake tended Sam and we took Kristen for Japanese food.  Why didn't I take a picture?
The others got home about midnight.  It was a long, great day!!
