On Tuesday, October 11th we docked in Portland, Maine. It was a beautiful day. Because Ken was wearing his BYU hat, a couple, also from Utah, stopped us as we walked along the pier and we chatted. We ended up sharing a taxi with them to go and see the Portland Headlight. It certainly is one of the most beautiful and famous lighthouses in New England. We spent awhile there walking around and taking pictures.

Hi! You know what??!! We were in Portland, Maine, and Boston in October, too, from October 19-27. Our first time in Maine, and it was beautiful. We loved it! Our girls live in Boston, thus the reason for the trip to the east coast.
That Portland head light is iconic! Love it!
That lighthouse is iconic. We were on our cruise in Europe at this same time. We're using our Royal Caribbean credit next July to go to these places and I love seeing your pics.
That is awesome, Martha. We were getting home just as you were leaving. I hope you loved your trip as much as we did. Remember when we had the same trip to Washinton DC at the same time? That was so fun to see you there!
