When we went to collect our luggage after our cruise, we found that the Royal Carribean employees had really abused Ken's suitcase. It was missing a wheel and the case was cracked. The handle was also broken and unusable. We had to go to a hotel that night. Because American Airlines changed our flight time, and the new time was too early for us to make it to the airport on time, we had to spend the night in Boston. It was a challenge to get that suitcase out to where the Uber driver picked us up and then up to our room in the hotel. The hotel clerk gave Ken some tape and he taped it up as best he could. When we packed up, I left some clothes in Boston, and we transferred some of Ken's items into my case, hoping to lighten the load so that the suitcase would make it home on the flights without exploding.
