The week of October 23rd was the Prince family's fall break from school. They stayed with us on Tuesday night on their way down to San Diego, California for their vacation. Then they came back through on Sunday. We tended Fred, their dog, while they were gone.

| It was so nice to go through the St. George temple open house with them on Wednesday morning before they left for California. We especially loved sitting in the Celestial room and talking with our grandkids. |

| Ken went to Denver on Friday, so Fred and I hung out together. He's a good dog and was good company for me. |

| Because Ken got stuck in Denver (watch for next post,) he wasn't here when they came back on Sunday. I made a meatloaf dinner for them before they headed back home: Meatloaf, baked potatoes, Parmesan Green Beans, Fluffy Orange Salad, Congo Bars (soon to post on Hungryhintons.) |

| Fred was so excited to see his family. I didn't quite catch the picture, but when Brian picked him up, he put his neck over Brian's shoulder, giving him a hug. It was so sweet. They all love their dog. |

| Kenny's birthday was going to be soon, so he opened the gift from us before they took off. |
 |
| They left late, making for a late arrival home. It was so nice to spend a little time with these people that we love so much. |
