This time every year, I start craving this soup. I have literally made it right from the beginning of our marriage- that's 41 years. The original recipe was found in the little cookbook that came with the pressure cooker my sister Patty gave us for our wedding, though what I make now is quite different from that original recipe. We call it Halloween Soup because I made it every Halloween. Every Halloween. I wanted the kids to have a veggie packed meal before consuming all that candy. I am pleased to report that all three daughters have/ are continuing this tradition and serve it in their homes every Halloween. For the recipe, click
