Honningsvag was our northern-most port. Before we left, I put Ken on the wait list for a birding safari. Late the night before, he got a notice that he could go. He had a wonderful time.
| The information about the tour warned to dress warm in layers. He did and it was perfect. He was comfortable all day. |

He saw three new life listers on this tour: white-tailed eagle, arctic tern, and arctic skua. He also saw many birds he had seen before including hundreds of puffins.

They actually went by North Cape on the tour, so he got a sneak peek. We sailed by it later that evening.
It was a marvelous tour.
