Family Reunion- Saturday, July 10, 2021

Saturday was our last day.  Brian and Blake got up really early that morning to haul sod to the dump.  Brian is cutting out the grass in the strip between the sidewalk and curb around his house, as recommended by the city (to save water.)  It is a lot of work.   They worked hard, then washed Blake's truck and our car.  That was the early start to Saturday.
I did the devotional that morning.  I referred back to the chart Kristen presented on the first day, representing the celestial kingdom.

We then read this quote by President Benson:

We voted that our family motto would be "No empty chairs."

We took a very nice family photo on the first day of our reunion.  But Audrey was having a hard day and went and hid instead of being in the picture.  We talked about how it mattered not to have Audrey in the picture.  So, after the devotional, we went back out in our "go home" clothes and took another picture- this time with everyone in it.

The tie dye bracelets all finished.

One last game before you go.

Goodbye, Mackrorys!

Goodbye hugs!

What a great reunion!

We came home to record-breaking heat!  120 degrees.  Eek!
