This book is the second half of Beverly Cleary’s autobiography. It picks up where The Girl From Yamhill leaves off- when she goes to college. It covers her college years, romance, marriage and concludes with the publication of her first children’s book: Henry Huggins.
I really enjoyed reading this. I don’t think I liked it quite as much as the first half, but still really enjoyed it.
