We had a wonderful weekend, meeting our precious new granddaughter. We spent a wonderful two days getting acquainted with Gabriella and hopefully helping, and certainly enjoying. Brian and Michelle.
On Saturday morning, we went to the LDS Conference Center to view the International Art Exhibit there. We loved it, and as Ken said, "felt like we had studied the scriptures for two hours" as we left. It was a sweet, spiritual experience. The arts can touch your soul in ways that nothing else can. These are two of my favorite paintings from that.

How did Michelle get so skinny, so fast?!? Wow!! She looks great for just having a baby--maybe just a little tired.:) CUTE baby!!
So neat that you were able to go up for the weekend, and this next weekend! That's wonderful. Moms are amazing. It's exactly what you need after having a new baby, your mom!

What a beautiful baby! Michelle did not just have a baby. She looks so good. Let her know to let us know if we can do anything to help with the move. I'm sure we'll be recalling any favors for a place to crash in DC over the next couple years!
