Andelin's Gable House was a favorite restaurant in St. George. It was in a beautiful old home and had an old English theme. The dishes were pewter and the waitresses wore English maid costumes. The food was absolutely delicious. Mike Andelin was the chef.
They were clients of Ken's and we often traded services, so we ate there often. You could choose the five-course meal or order off the menu. Everything was so good.
