This is my view every morning. Ken has a daily exercise routine that rarely varies: 20-22 push ups, 30 sit ups, and a 4-5 mile walk every morning except Sunday. One day a week he walks with his brothers Mark and Don. On another day he walks with his friend, Greg. The other days he goes alone. He also rides his bike 2 or 3 times a week, riding 24-26 miles each ride. I sit there and watch and give an occasional hurrah or good job.
