Once a month, we gather with Ken's brothers and their wives that live in this area for dinner, dessert and visiting or games. Ken's brother, Mark LOVES Converse shoes. He has since he was a teenager and has worn them ever since. The fad has come and gone and come back, but Mark has worn them throughout. I think he said he has 16 pair. I've taken to snapping a picture of the ones he is wearing each month at those family gatherings. I try to do it when he is unaware. But I think he caught on because he wore one red one and one blue last time we met- just to make me laugh:
Mark has made it clear that he wants to buried in Converse shoes or at least have a pair in his coffin. Mark and his converse!
