Thanksgiving Day

Thanksgiving Day started early as most in the group went to Orem to run or walk in  the Turkey Trot held there.

Every Thanksgiving we do a thankful turkey.  I love reading all of the things each member of the family put that they are thankful for.
My favorite from one of the teenagers: "Parents who work hard and do everything they can for you to help with your struggles."

After the race!
Go William!

He was way into it.

There are real frozen turkeys placed around the route.  Michelle found one.

Go Lisi

Go Sammy

We are a family of readers.

Thanksgiving naps

Kristen always provides fun crafts

So many fun games!

Thanksgiving dinner was delicious

Teenager table

Kids table

Evening leftovers and pie.

Had to try again, just to make sure.  Yep.

So many pies.  And by the end of the weekend, pretty much all of it was gone.

Later, whoever wanted to , participated in a push- up competition.

I have to say that Grandpa was the highlight.  He held his own against the young bucks.

Lily was amazing

As was Hannah!

Even little Lisi can roll some out.

I didn't get pictures of everyone who participated.  It was a fun end to a very fun day!
