When the Corona virus was still not in the USA, but raging in China, Ken felt impressed that we should stock our empty storage room. All of our lives we have kept a years' supply of food in our basement. But, we emptied our storage shelves before our mission, giving away a lot of food and throwing out expired food.
In the almost three years since returning home, we hadn't filled those shelves again. The corona virus scare made us go into action. We went to Costco and bought a lot of cases of food. Others had the same thought and it was busy that day, but nothing like it is now in all of the stores. We were able to find and buy everything on our list. Ken then went to Walmart to complete our list. It feels good to be restocked again. Let the eating (and cooking!) begin!!!
