Every once in a while, I just need a midnight snack. Here's my favorite:
Ritz Crackers with Garlic and Herb Boursin cheese ( cream cheese is good, too) with jalapeno jelly on top. Yum! Jalapeno Cheese Crackers- one of my favorite things!
Is that the jelly from Costco? It IS good and I discovered that Boursin cheese a ways back and it is good in lots of recipes. That combination with the crackers sounds so good!
Mmm. That IS good. I remember how much that hit the spot that night before we left for our cruise. It was as good or better than the food we ate the next week. I need to find some of that jalapeno jelly. Where do you get it?
